Description
The kit uses a double antibody sandwich assay to determine the level of human hypoglycosylated IgA1 (UdgIgA1) in the specimen. The microplate was coated with a purified human hypoglycosylated IgA1 (UdgIgA1) capture antibody to prepare a solid phase antibody, and human hypoglycosylated IgA1 (UdgIgA1) was sequentially added to the coated microwell, followed by HRP-labeled detection antibody. The antibody-antigen-enzyme-labeled antibody complex is formed by binding, and after thorough washing, the substrate TMB is added for color development. TMB is converted to blue under the catalysis of HRP enzyme and converted to the final yellow color by the action of an acid. The color depth is positively correlated with human hypoglycosylated IgA1 (UdgIgA1) in the sample. The absorbance (OD value) was measured by a microplate reader at a wavelength of 450 nm, and the content of human hypoglycosylated IgA1 (UdgIgA1) in the sample was calculated by a standard curve.
