Description

The kit is for the quantitative level of Taurine in the sample, adopt purified Human Taurine to coat microtiter plate, make solid-phase antibody, then add Taurine to wells, Combine Taurine antibody with labeled HRP to form antibody-antigen -enzyme-antibody complex, after washing completely, add TMB substrate solution, TMB substrate becomes blue color at HRP enzyme-catalyzed, reaction is terminated by the addition of a stop solution and the color change is measured at a wavelength of 450 nm. The concentration of Taurine in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.

Precision : Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay) CV%<15%   Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess.   Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays) CV%<15%   Three samples of known concentration were tested in twenty assays to assess. Linearity : To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with hig3h concentrations of rat ADP in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay. Recovery : Typical Data : These standard curves are provided for demonstration only. A standard curve should be generated for each set of samples assayed. ng/ml OD1 OD2 Average     1000 0.088 0.090 0.089     500 0.135 0.142 0.139     250 0.227 0.237 0.232     125 0.324 0.341 0.333     62.5 0.583 0.598 0.591     31.25 0.847 0.864 0.856     15.62 1.228 1.235 1.232     0 2.155 2.199 2.177
