This test card is suitable for rapid screening of zearalenone residues in samples. The test card contains a II antibody that has been previously immobilized to the antigen of the nitrocellulose membrane test zone (T) and a control region (C), and a gold-labeled antibody immobilized on the binding pad. After the sample is simply pretreated, the supernatant is taken into the sample well of the test card. If the sample is negative, a purple-red band appears in the T region; if the sample is positive, the purple region does not appear in the T region. A purple-red band appears in Zone C, regardless of the presence of zearalenone in the sample.
