Overview: This kit is an animal genome DNA extraction kit successfully developed by our company. This product is a modification of the classic SDS cracking fluid and uses a high concentration of protein denaturating agent to greatly improve the cracking efficiency and shorten the cracking time. No use of phenol, chloroform and other toxic reagents. 8~15 μg DNA can be obtained from 25 mg animal tissue, and the OD260/OD280 ratio is generally between 1.7~1.9. The extracted DNA can be used for enzyme digestion, PCR, library construction, Southern Blot and other related experiments.
