Description

Canine are more susceptible to allergies than humans, and allergies in Canine are most common with allergic dermatitis. Elevated serum IgE is the most powerful indicator of allergic disease. The canine total IgE antibody rapid detection card is an immunochromatographic detection technique for detecting IgE immunoglobulin in canine serum and plasma.
Assay Procedure:
1. Blood collection 40 ul or more, 3000 rpm, centrifuge for 3-5 minutes to separate serum. It can also be allowed to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes or at 4°C overnight to allow the serum to naturally precipitate.
2. Take 10 ul (the second black scale of the capillary) and add the buffer to the buffer. Then cover the tube cover and mix the sample upside down.
3. Remove the test card from the sealed bag. Place the test card on a flat surface, pipette the diluted sample from the test tube, and slowly and droply drop 5 drops into the well with the "S" mark.
4. At this point, you will see the wine-red liquid flowing through the observation window. If the liquid does not flow, you can gently press the area between the “sample hole” and the “observation window” to help release the liquid.
5. The result is judged by placing it at room temperature for 10-15 minutes, and the result of more than 15 minutes is invalid.
Result Analysis:
1. Positive: Both the test line (T line) and the control line (C line) show the reaction of wine red.
2. Negative: There is no color reaction on the test line (T line), but the reaction of the wine red is shown on the control line (C line).
3. Failure: In the observation hole, no color line appears in the control line area (C) and the detection line area (T); or only the detection line area (T) appears color line.
Specification: 20T
Valid Period: The kit is stored at 2~30°C, the validity period is 24 months.
