Description
Chlamydiosis antibody gold standard rapid test card uses rapid immunochromatographic detection technology to detect chlamydial antibodies in whole blood and serum of animals. After the sample is added to the well, it is moved along the chromatographic membrane along with the colloidal gold-labeled Chlamydia antigen. If an anti-Chlamydia antibody is present in the sample, it binds to the antigen on the test line to display wine red. If the chlamydial antibody is not present in the sample, no color reaction occurs.
Assay Procedure:
1. Collect whole blood serum (2000-3000 rpm /min centrifugation for 5-15 minutes, or natural precipitation at 4℃ overnight), or use whole blood with anticoagulant as test sample. Whole blood without anticoagulant can also be used, but it must be tested immediately.
2. Peel the aluminum foil bag, remove the test card, and place it on a flat, clean surface.
3. Absorb the collected sample with a matching pipette, and slowly and drop 3 drops of the drop into the well with the "S" mark.
4. The result was judged by standing at room temperature for 10-20 minutes, and the result was ineffective for more than 20 minutes.
Result Analysis:
1. 1.Positive: In the observation hole, the detection line region (T) and the control line region (C) simultaneously appear a purple-red line. The higher the titer of the Chlamydia antibody, the darker the detection line (T).
2. Negative: Within the observation well, only a reddish line appears in the control line (C).
3. Failure: In the observation hole, no color line appears in the control line area (C) and the detection line area (T); or only the detection line area (T) appears color line.
Specification: 20T
Valid Period: The kit is stored at 2~30°C, the validity period is 24 months.
