This product adopts immunofluorescence quantitative detection technology and immunochromatography. The fluorescently labeled anti-heart-shaped fatty acid-binding protein (hFABP) antibody in the buffer combines with the heart-shaped fatty acid-binding protein (hFABP) antigen in the blood to form an antigen-antibody complex . When the mixture sample is added to the sample hole of the test card, it diffuses forward along the nitrocellulose membrane under the action of chromatography, and the complex is captured by the heart-shaped fatty acid binding protein (hFABP) antibody immobilized on the test line. The more heart-shaped fatty acid binding protein (hFABP) in the blood sample, the more complexes will accumulate on the detection line. The signal intensity of the fluorescent antibody reflects the number of heart-shaped fatty acid binding protein (hFABP) captured by dry immunofluorescence. Quantitative analyzer processing can detect the concentration of central fatty acid binding protein (hFABP) in the blood sample. The analyzer's default heart-shaped fatty acid binding protein (hFABP) detection result uses ng/mL as the unit.
