Description

The kit takes out from the refrigeration should be balanced 15-30 minutes in the room temperature, if the coated ELISA plates have not been used up after opening, the plate should be stored in sealed bag.
Washing buffer will Crystallization separation, it can be heated the water helps dissolve when dilution. Washing does not affect the result.
Pipette sample with pipettors each step, and proofread its accuracy frequently, avoids the experimental error. Pipette sample within 5 min, if the number of sample is much, recommend using multichannel pipettor.
If the testing material content is excessively high (The sample OD is higher than the first standard well)?please dilute sample (n-fold).
Adhesive Strip only limits the disposable use to avoid cross-contamination.
The substrate should be preserved evade the light.
Please refer to use instruction strictly. The test result determination must take the microtiter plate reader as a standard.
All samples, washing buffer and each kind of reject should refer to infective material process.
Do not mix reagents with those from other lots.

Target Details : Cytosolic and membrane-bound forms of glutathione S-transferase are encoded by two distinct supergene families. These enzymes function in the detoxification of electrophilic compounds, including carcinogens, therapeutic drugs, environmental toxins and products of oxidative stress, by conjugation with glutathione. The genes encoding these enzymes are known to be highly polymorphic. These genetic variations can change an individual s susceptibility to carcinogens and toxins as well as affect the toxicity and efficacy of some drugs. At present, eight distinct classes of the soluble cytoplasmic mammalian glutathione S-transferases have been identified alpha, kappa, mu, omega, pi, sigma, theta and zeta. This gene encodes a glutathione S-tranferase belonging to the alpha class. The alpha class genes, located in a cluster mapped to chromosome 6, are the most abundantly expressed glutathione S-transferases in liver. In addition to metabolizing bilirubin and certain anti-cancer drugs in the liver, the alpha class of these enzymes exhibit glutathione peroxidase activity thereby protecting the cells from reactive oxygen species and the products of peroxidation.

Precision : Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay) CV%<15%   Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess.   Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays) CV%<15%   Three samples of known concentration were tested in twenty assays to assess. Linearity : To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with hig3h concentrations of rat ADP in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.

Recovery : The recovery of rat ?-GST spiked to levels throughout the range of the assay in various matrices was evaluated. Samples were diluted prior to assay as directed in the Sample Preparation section.Sample TypeAverage % RecoveryRange Serum (n=5) 8582-89 EDTA plasma (n=4)9792-105
